Support Services

Once a product has been implemented, you will of course want to have support option to ensure any questions, problems, issues or areas of discussion that crop up are addressed in a timely fashion. No matter which ERP system you choose, support is an important piece of the puzzle for your future growth and upgrades of the system.

Support can be urgent, as in a user has an error on screen, or less urgent, as in ‘How do I ‘ type of question.

We treat all incoming support requests submitted via our web form under the SUPPORT tab in the response time requested. Costs will vary depending on your plan with MWC and the time response requested.

There are also support plans you can activate directly with the publisher Sage and we would be happy to get you more information on those. Some clients prefer to deal with their local partner who implemented the system and others don’t mind dealing directly with the publisher and some clients have a combination. A combination may be a case of getting a limited call plan with the publisher and use the local partner for more complex issues.
