An issue that comes up periodically with Sage 100, is that ‘Deferred’ printer is the only option when selecting a printer for any report in Sage 100.
When you print a Sage report/form and you see Deferred printer as the only printer available, you need to authenticate to the network. Meaning . . . that you need to access the network drive where Sage is installed so Sage knows who you are! Logging off and on again usually resolves this issue, too.
